I've owned various boats over the years and have had many "experiences" along with them. Since purchasing my first Alumaweld Boat (used) and dealing with Stevens Marine, I don't think I'd go anywhere else for a boat or service. I've now owned three Alumaweld Boats and recently purchased a 23.5 ft. Columbia. My experience working with the Sales Team during the build process of my boat was flawless. I bought a kicker motor a few years back and Trent was my salesman, my experience with him was so good that when I decided to buy a new motor I wanted to work with him again. From my first phone call with Trent to when I picked up my boat, he took the time to answer every question I had and stayed in contact with me through the process. Trent is extremely knowledgeable and definitely someone I will deal with again.

I just wanted to express my gratitude towards all of Shane Nichols honesty and help. I bought a used boat which was everthing it was said to be. When picking it up on a Saturday, I was about 4 miles away and the trailer brakes locked up on the freeway. I called Shane & he had Presley from parts come drop off a tool set so I could release the pressure in the brake line. Left the boat & trailer at their shop and they put new brakes on Tuesday (mind you they are closed Sunday & Monday). I came down Thursday to pic it up. Just want to Thank all of Stevens Marine for standing behind what they believe in and the pride they have in the Company. Not many company's behave in that manner, Tons of gratitude for you guys !!!

I wanted to spend a minute to tell you about my recent boat purchase and communications with Trent Vanzant. Trent was knowledgeable, helpful, always informative and highly professional throughout the entire process. At a time when people generally only stop to complain, I think it is important to give credit when it is earned. Trent seems to have a great grasp on customer relations, communication and I will definitely be buying my next boat through him.

Bought a used SuperVee Pro, Shane was the sales man, great guy, second time out water pump failed, Stevens said to bring it down, though they knew it was a long ways, they would fix it for free. Wasnt able to get it out due to health issues for a few months, finally got it out and water pump didnt work. Another Mercury certified shop fixed it, I bough the service crew a bunch of pizzas for lunch as a gesture of gratitude. The pick up tube was missed. Called Stevens and talked with Mike Dennis, another great guy, told him what happened and Stevens is sending me a check for the repairs. Not many shops do that. My hat is off to a great shop and employees. To Stevens I put this up on the Aluminum Boats NW Facebook page and it has received a lot of positive reviews. Thank you.

Finding the perfect boat for you is a difficult task. I studied every brand and model, and every attribute for nearly three months before deciding. I watched all the videos I could, spoke with six different salesmen, check Craig'slist three times daily, and then I met Craig Mosul at Steven's Marine. What a gent! He will listen to you, make suggestions where he thinks you might be off track, and see the deal done from start to finish. We worked with Chris Burgi and he was very professional with a great approach with customers. He listen to our needs and provided a few options that we could think over. He was very knowledgable about the boats we looked at and did a nice job of conveying what the benefits of certain features were. He helped us with product knowledge and the ability to decide which way to go. Chris wasn't pushy at all and you can tell he believes strongly in customer relations and service. We will be referring Chris to several friends and our sons as Im sure they are future boat owners.

I have two Alumaweld boats at my lodge in Alaska that I have purchased from Stevens marine. Realized this summer I needed a few parts for my new boat and Bruce in Service went out of his way to find and get parts shipped to a remote location in Alaska.... would have been very easy for him not to spend all the time chasing down these items. He choose to do it with enthusiasm instead. He was a great help and will be buying my next boat from Stevens because of his efforts.

We were extremely impressed with Trent Vanzant. He was honest, knowlegeable and negotiated fairly. What really impressed me was his follow through. He kept me in the loop via text and phone calls, and when I picked the boat up he went out of his way. We took the boat to the Willamette river, he gave a demonstration of all of the features, and turned me loose to operate the boat. He also made sure I was ready to roll when I drove away.

A very positive overall experience!

Hello Rick, I have had my 8 hp Mercury in your shop several times over the last few weeks. I purchased the motor on Craigslist where I was able to see the motor run and was assured the lower unit oil had just been changed, knowing nothing about outboard motors I believed I had made a good purchase. Turns out I was wrong, the lower unit needed to be resealed and later found out it had carburetor trouble. Your service department has gone to great lengths to provide me with a useable motor. First in helping me get started on resealing the lower unit to finishing the job when I realized I was in over my head. To most importantly, sticking to your estimate for my carburetor troubles. And lastly to explaining how water was getting into the fuel because of the missing cover for the gas tank gage. Jim, Brett and Daniel have been very helpful from my first questions about outboards before I purchased my motor to, I feel helping make the right decisions regarding my motor. I would also like to thank you since you made the decision to "make the customer happy". Any service I need on my motor I'll be sure to bring it in. Also, I will tell anyone who happens to discuss outboards with me how pleased I am with your service department. Being a small business owner I can tell and appreciate excellent service. I just wanted to drop you a quick line in regards to my recent boat purchase with your sales manager, Chris Burgi. I began looking for a used boat last May and had certain criteria in the purchase that made it a challenge to find the right boat. Chris worked and worked for me finally finding the right boat and price in early September. After the technicians went through the boat and fixed all that needed to be fixed I received the boat last Saturday. Chris came in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule. It is wonderful to see a person who has the customer in the forefront of his mind. He has called and followed up with me about the boat and the whole purchasing experience was stress free.
